Steve Schmidt has been in the promotional marketing field for over 30 years. He has worked for two of the industry’s powerhouses and has recently joined an upstart start-up, PPS, as President. He coaches his clients on how they can enhance and make memorable the customer experience, how to nurture the relationship with that customer to build loyalty, and how to leverage the relationship to generate referrals, thereby increasing conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs.
